One of the best liniments for hand training, especially for gripping and finger strengthening exercises.

Good for all purpose toughening.

It works especially well with Wooden Dummy training and to warm the hands before working with weapons to increase chi flow and sensitivity. It warms local parts by activating the Yang energy. Covers area with extra protective energy.

    Great Dit Da Jow

Posted by Ronil De Jesus on 18th Oct 2017

As soon as it arrived I applied it on my forearms and hands and it already started giving nice feedback. Just 2 weeks ago when I trained on the wooden dummy my forearms started to hurt everytime I struck but now the pain has not only decreased but also went away. The dit da jow has a nice smell, I recommend it to people who do striking practices.

Getting back into serious contact conditioning

Posted by Tye Botting on 26th Mar 2017

This seems perfect for my reinvigorated conditioning. I had previously conditioned for decades but have since gotten out of practice. The arms are still tough but now bruises sometimes happen. I think this will help get them back on track in no time.

    Imperial Fire

Posted by Daniel Jouet on 17th Jan 2016

Thank you for fast delivery. I got the Imperial Fire jow thinking it was hotter than the Royal Phoenix that I bought a while back. The RP has a little more kick to it. I do like what I recently got from you and will put it to good use. Thank you, Daniel

    Great Stuff

Posted by Cody on 16th Jan 2016

Smell reminds me of the Firey Phoenix formula from back in the day. This is a nice, warm/hot formula. I love it both for my hands and my shoulders/clavicles. Makes a noticeable difference with my thoracic outlet syndrome. And on my back? OMG.

    Amazing jow

Posted by Adam on 28th Sep 2015

This is a must for wooden dummy and general hand and forearm banging drills. I was dealing with bruising in my forearms for two weeks that wouldn't go away and made training harder. I used the jow and not only did it allow me to train harder with less pain but the next morning my bruising was gone.

    good warming jow

This jow has a swarming sensation and smells a bit like cinnamon. its seems very effective from. Initial use. I give it an average rating because it's as effective as any of the iron Palm jow. I would definitely buy this again as a beginner with iron Palm

Forges strong arms in the heat!

Posted by Kristian Staev on 4th Mar 2013

This jow worked wonders on my forearms and hands! Yellow in color and somewhat thicker in consistency than the Royal Phoenix jow, and did not leave my hands feeling coated and almost 'oily' as the latter did. Also, in a somewhat useless side-note, Royal Phoenix smelled of cinnamon in a way, and this jow more of spearmint... Deep penetration of the jow with a strong feeling of cooling, as if my arms had come out from scolding water, strongly increasing my circulation and strengthening my skin. I could condition for longer and longer periods daily without damaging injuries to my arms and hands and my grip has never felt stronger or gained so many results from my training! An invaluable jow and one that will definitely take your training to the next level, and likely higher with the continued use of "hotter" jows in training.
