Kung Fu Survey Video Tapes and Quality
Please note that the wide variety of Wushu video tapes offered were originally produced during China’s National Martial Art Survey (1983-86). All were professionally mastered on umatic tape in PAL (Phase Alternating Line) format and then transferred to NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) format for the U.S.A. Please note: due to transfer, many videos on tapes and DVDs contain minor video glitches and such are indicated when possible. However, no tape or DVD that is deemed “unacceptable” or “unable to see” is offered. All Video’s are NTSC, Video’s in PAL add $10.00 each.
All international orders must be paid in U.S. dollars only by credit cards or Paypal. SORRY NO C.O.D’s! We ship to APO and FPO addresses that has a 5-digits U.S Postal Zip Code. Shaolin Brand is not responsible for payment of duties or taxes on foreign orders. Orders are usually shipped within 7 - 10 business days. When the customer selects the Priority Mail International option, the package has a customs number and not a tracking number. When looked up on the USPS site, it tracks the items up to the US customs scan. After that, it is shipped to the individual country and it is then the responsibility of the mail service of that country. Once shipped, with either USPS or UPS methods, the packages cannot be recalled or rerouted.
Out Of Stock/Backorders
Most of our products ship from Asia. Products are occasionally discontinued without notice, (from the manufactures in Asia) or simply out of stock and back ordered by our offices. We will notify you at the time of your order if your request is currently discontinued or backordered.
What sets Shaolin Brand apart from other supply companies is the level of customization that is available to you. Shaolin Brand Return Policy:
No returns on custom or clearance products.
All merchandise returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipment date. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) that is suitable for resale may be returned for an exchange or refund.
Allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit. After 30 days, goods will not be accepted. All customers returning merchandise for refund, will be charged a fee of 15% of the order as a restocking charge.
All returns resulting in a Shaolin Brand error will be handled free of charge. Sorry, no return on videos accepted. Herbals may not be returned if opened. Please call us at 1-800-566-5586 if you have any further questions.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Note that this is only an estimate and is based on the date of when it is shipped, which we strive to send within 7-10 business days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
